If you want to ensure your account is protected and have full access to all our features, set an e-mail and a password under "Your Account" in the "Security" tab. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail from us. Never share your e-mail address and your password with anyone including the staff members and the support system. If you receive an e-mail from someone claiming to be a CryptoGames staff/support and asking for your password, do not respond. We will never ask you to reveal your password.
For an increased layer of security, we allow users to set two-factor authentication using the google 2FA application. If you are not familiar with this type of account security, you can read about it here and here. In case you lose your phone, send an email to our support team at support@crypto.games (Please allow up to 24 hours for our support team to handle your request).
